      Ping remote end
      BGP session up
      Confirm receipt of your peer's advertisements
      Confirm receipt of your advertisements at NAP via all your ISPs
      (This verifies that all your ISPs are providing transit for
      your advertisements.)
      Ask your ISPs to drop any remaining static routes for your routes
      Drop any static routes remaining in your network
      Well, maybe you just increase the administrative distance on
      static routes so that it's above BGP.
