Why addressing is an architectural issue
Addresses are a limited resource
It might take a long time to get more
Re-addressing can be painful
(Though some networks more painful than others)
Consider interplay of entrance selection and addressing
Don't split anything smaller than a /24 across sites
(Except for point-to-point links)
Consider using IP unnumbered on point-to-point links
Consider host routes for loopback interfaces
Think about the sites where you now have Internet connections
